We’re hiring a Senior Solutions Delivery Specialist to lead the final stages of project delivery. You’ll ensure code quality, manage deployments, train clients, and own the handoff experience. Position Summary
As an Software & AI Innovation Strategist, you’ll work directly with founders, operators, and business stakeholders to understand their operations, uncover friction points, and recommend forward-looking solutions. Your job is to bridge the gap between business and technology—translating client needs into smart, scalable software and AI strategies. You’ll collaborate with internal delivery and engineering teams to ensure solutions are aligned, feasible, and built for impact.
This is a highly consultative, client-facing role ideal for someone who is part software architect, part business analyst, and part strategic advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand business models, current systems, and operational pain points
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and architectural reviews
- Recommend software solutions, integrations, and AI tools that drive business value
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, automate workflows, and improve process efficiency
- Develop high-level solution blueprints and collaborate with engineering teams to scope builds
- Advise on MVP approaches and lean product development strategies
- Stay current on AI trends and tools to bring cutting-edge solutions to clients
- Create client-facing recommendations and presentations that clearly articulate ROI and next steps
- Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and engineering teams to ensure solution alignment
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, product consulting, or technical solutioning
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud-native platforms, APIs, and integration strategies
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and their real-world applications
- Deep knowledge of software development lifecycles, MVP planning, and product roadmapping
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven success working in a consulting or client-facing advisory capacity
- Highly analytical and comfortable evaluating business processes across different industries
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with startups or SMBs
- Prior exposure to AI/ML solution design and no-code/low-code platforms
- Background in enterprise integrations or workflow automation
- Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, GPT-based platforms, RPA tools, and cloud APIs
