About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving Full Stack Developer who’s just as comfortable writing custom code as they are building with tools like Webflow, Bubble, and Zapier.
In this role, you’ll bring startup ideas to life—from 0 to MVP to growth-ready systems. You’ll prototype quickly, solve real business problems, and work closely with the founder on a variety of projects across industries. It’s a unique opportunity to grow into a lead role and see the direct impact of your work.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain modern full-stack web applications (React, Vue, Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Rapidly prototype and ship MVPs using low-code/no-code tools (Webflow, Retool, Bubble, Glide, etc.)
- Build custom automation workflows with tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n
- Connect disparate tools and APIs into seamless, integrated systems
- Work with the founder and clients to scope, design, and deliver project solutions
- Contribute to our internal dev toolkit, best practices, and reusable templates
What Success Looks Like in 3 Months
- You've shipped at least 2 client-facing projects (custom-coded or low-code)
- You’ve contributed reusable components to our developer toolkit
- You’ve owned a project from spec to delivery with client satisfaction
- You’ve recommended and implemented new tools or workflow improvements
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years of full stack development experience
- Proficient in front-end frameworks (React or Vue) and back-end tech (Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Webflow, Retool, or Bubble
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Fast learner with a bias toward shipping and iteration
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, n8n)
- Exposure to AI/LLM integration (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases)
- Previous freelance, agency, or startup work
- Comfortable interfacing with clients and managing timelines
