We’re hiring a Senior Solutions Delivery Specialist to lead the final stages of project delivery. You’ll ensure code quality, manage deployments, train clients, and own the handoff experience. Position Summary
As a Senior Solutions Delivery Specialist, you will lead the final stages of client-facing project delivery, serving as the technical authority and delivery owner. You’ll validate project readiness, install software in production environments, and ensure client onboarding and training are smooth and professional. This role requires technical depth, leadership, and a polished client-facing presence. You will collaborate closely with global development teams and act as the single point of accountability for post-development delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner of the software delivery lifecycle, from QA/UAT to go-live
- Conduct comprehensive functional, performance, and UAT testing to validate project completeness
- Manage deployment and integration of applications across diverse client environments
- Lead technical delivery calls, client walk-throughs, and tailored training sessions
- Ensure all documentation is finalized, accurate, and aligned with client expectations
- Act as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and issue resolution
- Identify delivery risks early and proactively mitigate them to ensure on-time, high-quality rollouts
- Maintain visibility across multiple projects, ensuring delivery excellence at scale
- Champion best practices for post-development QA, DevOps, and client engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, QA, or solutions delivery
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end software delivery and implementation in client-facing environments
- Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, deployment pipelines, and version control
- Strong familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI/CD workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Experience working with global delivery teams and managing remote projects
- Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable in dynamic startup or growth-stage environments
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a client-facing technical delivery or implementation consulting role
- Familiarity with custom software delivery for VC-backed startups and/or SMBs
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with modern application stacks
- Expertise in tools like Jira, GitHub, Postman, Slack, and project delivery platforms
- Ability to craft clear client documentation, handover materials, and deployment runbooks
